Procedure for handling complaints
Every candidate has the right to file a complaint about the way in which the Board of Examiners or the LEB has behaved towards him/her or another person in a particular matter. A complaint must be submitted by e-mail to the Supervisory Board of the LEB via the e-mail address [email protected] (examination regulations art. 18) and will be treated confidentially. A complaint will always receive a response within four weeks.
